Rental Car Terms and Conditions

1. Driver's License Requirement:

The renter must present a valid and current driver's license from their home country. If the license is in a non-English language, an international driver's license in English is required.

2. Rental Car Insurance:

The renter must provide proof of full automobile insurance coverage, which can be of the following:

• Personal auto insurance that extends full coverage to the rental car.

3. Security Deposit:

A $3,400 deposit on a major credit card is required to reserve the rental.

4. Cancellation Policy:

• No fee if canceled 72 hours prior to the start date.
• 25% fee for cancellations made within 72 hours of the start date.
• 50% fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the start date.

5. Incidental Charges:

Additional charges may apply for:

• Cancellation fees, refueling, or recharging.
• Tolls, citations, and mileage overage.
• Insurance deductibles, rental extensions, and damages.
• Returning the car to a location not specified in the rental agreement.
• Activities such as racing or smoking in the car.

6. Other fees:

• Rentals beginning or ending outside the Lomita, CA location (24321 Pennsylvania Ave).
• Rentals starting or ending outside our normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Sunday).
• Renters aged 21 to 24.

7. Warranty:

• Warranty: 30-day/1,000-mile warranty.
• Maintenance: Complimentary first oil change.
• Loaner Vehicle during service: Included.
• License and Registration renewal: Excluded.

8. Accident Reporting:

In case of an accident, the renter must submit an accident report and/or a police report to the rental company.

We’re pleased to offer our customers a hassle-free and convenient vehicle maintenance plan designed to keep your car running smoothly without interrupting your busy schedule. With this plan, we take care of your vehicle's regularly scheduled maintenance by providing the following benefits: Home Pickup & Delivery: We understand that your time is valuable, so we offer a convenient pickup and drop-off service. When it's time for routine maintenance, we'll pick up your car directly from your home or office. Comprehensive Maintenance: Our skilled technicians will perform all necessary regular maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, brake inspections, and more, ensuring your car stays in optimal condition. Return Delivery: Once your car is serviced, we'll return it right to your doorstep, freshly maintained and ready for the road. By choosing our vehicle maintenance plan, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your car is always in top shape, without the need for you to rearrange your schedule.

10. Rent to Own agreement:

Please be advised that our Custom Rent-to-Own agreement is a monthly contract structured over a 24-month term, and payments must be made on time for the duration of the contract. The contract runs consecutively, meaning if a payment is missed or delayed, the agreement will be considered breached. In the event of a missed payment, the contract may be terminated, and the vehicle will need to be returned. It’s important to ensure that all payments are made on schedule to avoid disruption of the contract and to continue enjoying the benefits of the rent-to-own arrangement.
