Vehicle Terms and Conditions

1. Driver's License Requirement:

The purchaser must present a valid and current driver's license from their home country. If the license is in a non-English language, an international driver's license in English is required in addition.

2. Purchased Vehicle Insurance:

The purchaser must provide proof of full automobile insurance coverage (comprehensive and collision) extending to the purchased vehicle, for example

• An existing personal auto insurance policy that extends full coverage (comprehensive and collision damage) to the purchased vehicle.

3. Refundable Security Deposit:

A $0 refundable security deposit on a major credit card is required to purchase this vehicle.

4. 2-day cooling off period (contract cancellation option):

• A 2-day cooling off contract cancellation option is available for purchase at a cost of $359 at the time of Vehicle purchase (1% of the purchase price for a vehicle with a cash price of more than $30,000, but not more than $40,000).
• A restocking fee of $500 will apply if the 2-day cooling off contract cancellation option is exercised.
• If the vehicle is driven more than 250 miles, the 2-day cooling off contract cancellation option will be voided as the vehicle has to be returned in substantially the same condition as when it was received.

5. Incidental Charges:

Additional charges may apply for:

• Loaner vehicles during purchased vehicle routine maintenance, service and/or repairs.
• Vehicle delivery and/or pick up services

6. Other fees:

• Vehicle purchases beginning or ending outside our showroom location (24321 Pennsylvania Ave, Lomita, CA. 90717).
• Vehicle purchases starting or ending outside our normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Sunday).
• Document Processing Charge is $70 or $85 for dealers doing electronic registration.
• Smog test fee with certificate is $58.25
• License, registration and transfer fees

7. Warranty:

Vehicle includes a 90-day/1,000-mile Limited warranty

• Engine covered
• Transmision covered
• Air Condition covered
• Limited warranty covers 25% of parts costs on approved repairs
• Limited warranty covers 25% of labor costs on approved repairs
