Lease Terms and Conditions

1. Driver's License Requirement:

The lessee must present a valid and current driver's license from their home country. If the license is in a non-English language, an international driver's license in English is required in addition.

2. Leased Car Insurance:

The lessee must provide proof of full automobile insurance coverage, for example

• An existing personal auto insurance policy that extends full (comprehensive and collision damage) coverage to the leased vehicle.

3. Refundable Security Deposit:

A deposit will be held for the duration of the rental to cover incidental charges incurred during the rental period and will be released within 10 days after the return of the rental car, less any incidental charges incurred.

Deposit amounts vary according to the renter's credit score (check with your credit card issuer or AnnualCreditReport.com or call 1 877 322 8228 for your credit score)

• Super prime credit score (781-850): $1,000 deposit
• Prime credit score (661-780): $2,000 deposit
• Near prime credit score (601-660): $4,000 deposit
• Sub-prime credit score (501-600): $8,000 deposit
• Deep sub-prime credit score (<500): $16,000 deposit

4. Cancellation Policy:

• No fee if canceled 72 hours prior to the start date.
• 25% fee for cancellations made within 72 hours of the start date.
• 50% fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the start date.

5. Incidental Charges:

Additional charges may apply for:

• Cancellation fees, early returns, refueling, or recharging.
• Tolls, citations, and mileage overages.
• Insurance deductibles, lease extensions, and damages.
• Returning the car to a location not specified in the lease agreement.
• Activities such as racing or smoking in the car.

6. Other fees:

• Leases beginning or ending outside the Lomita, CA location (24321 Pennsylvania Ave).
• Leases starting or ending outside our normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Sunday).
• Lessees aged 21 to 24.

7. Warranty:

• Warranty: Included.
• Maintenance: Included.
• Loaner Vehicle: Included.
• License and Registration: Excluded.

8. Accident Reporting:

In case of an accident, Lessee must submit an accident report and/or a police report to the leasing company.

9. Vehicle Maintenance Plan:

We’re pleased to offer our customers a comprehensive vehicle maintenance plan. With this plan, our skilled technicians will perform all necessary regular maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, brake inspections, and more, ensuring your car stays in optimal condition. This allows you to enjoy peace of mind knowing that your car is always in top shape.

10. Lease Agreement:

Please be advised that your lease agreement is a monthly contract structured over a specified term, and payments must be made on time for the duration of the contract. The contract runs consecutively, meaning if a payment is missed or delayed, the agreement will be considered breached.

In the event of a missed payment, the contract may be terminated, and the vehicle will need to be returned. It’s important to ensure that all payments are made on schedule to avoid disruption of the contract and to continue enjoying the benefits of the lease arrangement.

We encourage you to reach out to us immediately if you anticipate any issues with making a payment. We understand that circumstances may change, but please note that returning a vehicle before the completion of the lease term will result in early termination fees, as outlined in the lease agreement.
